Amazon Setup Problem
#1
I'm trying to add Amazon AWS credentials, but I know extremely little about what I'm doing. I have added several third-parties to my AWS credentials before (InventoryLab, the BQool repricer, etc.) so I can fumble my way through it.

But I've been returning to ClassAdLister several weeks and just keep giving up. But I really want to use ClassadLister, especially since I subscribed for 6 months.

I keep getting this error message: "The XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Then I get this XML code error (assuming I can post a screen shot here of my Android):

PERHAPS I'm not doing something initially. Do I first need to tell Amazon, through my User Settings in the AWS area, that ClassAdLister is going to be needing something? I didn't see that in the video or text setup instructions for ClassAdLister.

Thank you so much for any help,
Greg Perry

In Amazon Seller Central, select Settings and then Account Info.
You will see a section that says Your Services. Select Manage.
Next to sell on Amazon iit needs to say Professional, not Individual.
If it says Individual you should see a button that says upgrade. Upgrade and then you should be available for Amazon MWS.

It appears there is an issue with automatically pulling the credentials. We will put in a patch to fix it, but in the meantime here is what ClassAdLister is trying to pull from the screens when you tap the Get Amazon MWS credentials button from the settings page.
You may manually copy and paste these items into the appropriate fields.
The most confusing one is the Amazon Seller Id (Merchant Token).
It can be found here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/sw/Acco...t_acinfohm

The AWS Access Key Id and Client Secret can be found here:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/marketp...plications
Under MWS credentials tap view.
There you will find both of the keys you need. Copy and paste them into the appropriate ClassAdLister fields.

Tap the Test Amazon MWS button and it should work properly.
Let us know if you have any issues.
Thanks for using the board!

Thanks so much for your help. I actually spent too much time on this.

I had transposed and I and an E in the "Client Secret" and kept overlooking it when I'd try to get it to work.
This morning I saw that, corrected it, and got the Amazon all successful message when I clicked the apps Test Amazon MWS button.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Great.
The fix is in for ClassAdLister not pulling Amazon credentials automatically and may be downloaded from here:
